It seems a lot of people have been feeling down lately. It’s fine. Everyone has those days, weeks, months. Everyone goes off and has their downfalls and it’s perfectly fine to do so. If you need time to collect yourself, then do so. If you need to write/draw about your feelings then do so. I know it’s easy to blame yourself for most things. You just have to pray that people will be understanding and if they aren’t then that’s fine too. Do what you have to do without the thought of what everyone else thinks of it because, chances are, that’s the reason you’re down. If not, than it certainly isn’t going to help. It’s okay to focus on making yourself happy first, because without a happy you, how are you going to make anyone happy? Don’t beat yourself up over it. Don’t think too hard about it. Just focus on making yourself better. It’s okay. It is. It isn’t selfish, it’s normal. Just try to have a good day. Cry if you need to. Scream if you need to. Make jokes if you need to. Break something. Get it out. Work it out and regret nothing. Everyone will still love you, and if they don’t, then you don’t really need that in your life anyway.
